Casa Margarita offers a little slice of true paradise. A delightful detached three bedroomed, three bathroom villa offers everything you need whether its relaxation time or simply wanting to have some fun time. Choose whether to cook indoors or outdoors on the barbeque or the outdoor kitchen area. The fully equipped indoor kitchen provides guests with ample cookware and utensils along with a coffee maker for those early morning risers, an electric juicer, toaster, kettle, ice-cream maker and an airfryer. A welcome pack is also provided along with tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, salt and a few selected spices. Bath towels and pool towels are also provided along with shampoo, bodywash and hand soap.

As well as the kitchen, the ground floor boasts a beautiful ensuite master bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of space to hang your holiday clothes! This bedroom is fully airconditioned. The large ensuite bathroom consists of a walk in shower, a toilet, sink and a bidet. A separate dining room with dining table and six chairs allows for those ‘cook at home’ evenings and family breakfasts. This floor also offers a good sized lounge area with three settees, a TV and fire stick, board games and a ceiling fan for warm, balmy evenings. For those who like to holiday during the cooler months, a pellet burner along with a bag of pellets , is provided. A second bathroom is also on this floor with a shower, sink and toilet.

Up the beautiful, tiled staircase, Casa Margarita provides two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, both have plenty of space for clothes. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for the hotter days and balmy evenings. Also on this floor is a second lounge area with two settees, a TV, a Wii board and console and a variety of games and DVD’s, and is fully airconditioned. The third bathroom is on this floor with a sink, toilet and shower. For those who like to holiday during the cooler months, a pellet burner along with a bag of pellets is provided.

Outside, the fully fenced, private and spacious garden is the ideal place to spend your days. Enjoy the peace and quiet and relax to the happy song of the birds, or tune in to the croak of the frogs from your very own lily pond. Soak up the lovely views of the unspoilt countryside, boasting magnificent hillside olive groves. These can be fully appreciated from one of many seating areas around the pool, garden or, from the upstairs covered veranda. All complete with ample chairs and sofas. There is a shaded patio area and a separate gazebo, both with table and chairs that provide ‘time out’ from the sun. Relaxation done, then have a dip in the ten meter long private swimming pool and then dry off with a game of ping pong or foosball! The pool is not overlooked and fully fenced making it ideal for young families. The large garage has recently been converted into a games room and consists of a full sized pool table and a couch. The garden is full of a variety of plants and mature trees, including fruit trees. Guests are more than welcome to help themselves and enjoy eating it directly from the tree or you can make your own delicious ice-cream using your own freshly picked fruit. The games room can be used as a secure place to store bikes for those who choose to bring them. There is secure parking space at the villa.
