Casa Margarita is equipped with bedding, bath towels, pool towels and basic toiletries and basic cleaning materials, so you do not need to bring any yourself.
Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge, just let us know when booking.
RESERVATION:
To confirm the reservation we ask 50% of the total rental amount on booking.
The deposit is € 250,00 and will be paid back 7 days after your return, via the method paid, if there was no damage and no excessive use of utilities.
The remaining amount (including deposit) must be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date.
If the remaining amount is not completely paid, the reservation will be cancelled.
When making a reservation less than 8 weeks before the arrival date the full amount (including deposit) must be paid on booking.
On booking you are accepting Casa Margarita’s terms and conditions.
GENERAL:
Pets allowed at a surcharge of € 25,00 per pet per stay.
Smoking inside the house is not permitted.
Not suitable for wheelchair users.
We always welcome our guests personally at arrival, after a short introduction to the house, the keys are handed over and your holiday begins.
